THE CAGE MIXER
Common products that utilise this type of mixer are; yoghurt, thick detergents etc. The cage mixer can be fitted with side and bottom scrapers if required.
THE ANCHOR MIXER
The anchor mixer is generally required where it is used in conjunction with another device which could be a shear mixer, and emulsifier or a top mounted baffle. Often anchor mixers will be fitted to kettles which will require scrapers.
